Our mission is to become a leading New Zealand Cricket Club and a force within the Horowhenua – Kapiti Cricket Association by setting new levels of Professionalism In all aspects of the Game on and off the field.Weraroa Cricket Club was established 98 years ago, and today the club has clearly become one of the strongest clubs playing under the Horowhenua – Kapiti Association of New Zealand.

We also have a strong relationship with the Asian sixes tour, and our club travel's most years to compete against many other clubs from around the world in sixes tournaments every April in Chaing Mai in Thailand.

Weraroa Cricket Club have four teams playing in individual grades from social to premier level involving 120 club players approx. We also run one of Horowhenua’s strongest twilight tournaments every Wednesday evening involving 16 twilight teams with about 140 player’s approx playing under our club banner.

During the history of the club, we have been extremely successful wining the Senior A & Lower Grade Championships on many occasions.
